Positive: Very modern, clean and although a 20 min walk to the centre the hotel was in a quiet location. Great bathroom with lovely toiletries .
Negative: There was little drawer space to put clothes in. We were told that tea/ coffee could be ordered in our room from an order sheet …. but it never happened. We had to go and ask reception everyday.
Summary: Lovely but expensive for what you got as no breakfast included

Positive: Almost everything was better than we’d hoped for and we wish we’d booked here the whole time we were here. We will Highly praise Otter for their hospitality and be recommending to others. The Rooms even basic ones are amazing

Positive: The staff is friendly, I liked the interior, and it's very clean
Negative: The pillows were very hard; it was impossible to sleep on them. Also, I didn’t receive an invoice for payment. Since the trip was for work, I mentioned this when I made the reservation, and I reminded them of it again when I checked out. They assured me they would email it to me, but they didn’t.
